Digital Mentors is hiring an experienced, proactive High-Ticket Appointment Setter to help drive qualified leads into our high-converting sales funnel. If you’ve been trained as a setter or closer, know how to move warm leads into booked calls, and love working with coaching and digital education businesses — this is for you.
We’re a growing, founder-led coaching company helping online coaches, consultants, and course creators scale with simple, client-generating marketing systems. Now we’re ready to scale our sales conversations — and we need YOU on the front lines.
This is more than just appointment setting. You’ll be our go-to sales support and lead generation engine — following up with leads, building real relationships in the DMs, and booking high-quality calls with our lead closer.
You’ll work inside our CRM (GoHighLevel), across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and email — reaching out to webinar registrants, past buyers, low-ticket customers, and new leads as they come in. Your job is to strike while the lead is hot and help us turn interest into real conversions.
Proactive outreach to inbound leads (webinar registrants, subscribers, past clients)
Direct messaging on LinkedIn and Meta (FB/IG) to warm and existing leads
Booking qualified calls directly into our lead closer’s calendar
Following up with no-shows, cancellations, and unconverted prospects
Engaging leads with relevant free trainings, webinars, and resources
Tracking conversations and updating contact status in our CRM
Attending weekly team huddles and reporting progress daily
Have 1–2+ years of experience as a high-ticket appointment setter or SDR
Know how to convert warm leads into booked calls with ease
Are fluent in English with excellent written communication
Have experience in the online coaching, consulting, or course space
Are proactive, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent in DMs
Love fast-paced environments and know how to work a CRM (GoHighLevel a plus)
Are reliable, driven, coachable, and hungry to grow
Part-Time to Start (with potential to go Full-Time)
Remote role with flexible hours
Must overlap at least 4 hours/day with North American time zones (PST–EST)
Compensation: Base pay + commission
Initial 30-day paid trial, with option to extend into long-term role
